Global Property Estates is a non-regulated, property advisory firm specialising in the management of a network of commercial lenders and lending institutions in the UK, Europe and the US. Working with clients promoting property transactions, GPE seeks to improve financing options through the proper deal structure, financial modelling and presentation of transactions. 

Introducing clients to a range of potential lenders, and assisting with commercially focused consultation in order to maximise borrowing success.

GPE also works with an affiliated Family Office which seeks to co-invest on transactions.
